As the Chairman of Alfranko Group, Mr. Eduard forayed the company into the Malaysian market in 2013.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align:justify\"\u003EMr. Eduard graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Although he is a qualified engineer, his interest has always been in entrepreneurship and five years after graduation, he started an import-export business with China. Together, they created the Torrini shoe brand, which subsequently became very popular in Russia. Inspired by the success of his first venture, he expanded the business to apparel and Basic Edition was established. The brand catapulted to success as well.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align:justify\"\u003EFollowing the initial success of his retail businesses and equipped with his own start-up capital, the enterprising Mr. Eduard initiated another promising business opportunity and ventured into the property industry.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align:justify\"\u003ESince 1997 he has been working in property industry working on several project. After 17 years of experience in all areas related to property and engineering, from administrative to marketing, sales, operations, budgeting and project management, Mr. Eduard joined Sezar Group, a highly reputable property group in the industry, as Head of Construction and Exploitation Department. He subsequently went on to complete his Master\u2019s Degree in Marketing Management.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align:justify\"\u003EBuilding on his vast entrepreneurship experience in Russia and Asia, Mr. Eduard\u2019s keen business sense identified Kuala Lumpur, the city centre of Malaysia, as a great potential landmark for Alfranko\u2019s maiden project, NOVO Ampang. Mr. Eduard has demonstrated exemplary leadership in steering Alfranko and facilitating change within the organisation. He has been instrumental in formulating strategies, and bringing about smart processes and ideas in the course of leading the organisation towards growth.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align:justify\"\u003EWith his strong business acumen across diversified industries, Mr. Eduard is currently a major shareholder in several profitable businesses. He graduated from the prestigious and world-renowned Moscow State Institute of International Relations of Russia (MGIMO University) in year 2011 with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree. In the QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) World University ranking, MGIMO is among the best universities in the categories of Modern Languages, Law, Social Sciences and Management. Its School of Business holds strong global ranking for its European and MBA programmes. In recognition of MGIMO\u2019s significant contribution to international education and research, the university was awarded \u201c5 Stars\u201d in the QS Stars Audit, the first university to receive such an accolade.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align:justify\"\u003EUpon graduation, Mr. Zakhar started his career with Citibank Moscow as the Relationship Manager for the Department of Corporate Clients. He rose very quickly to the rank of Senior Relationship Manager, and was awarded one of the best relationship manager in Russia.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align:justify\"\u003EIn March 2015, Mr. Zakhar left the banking industry in Moscow to venture into property development in Malaysia. He joined Alfranko as a Management Executive and moved up to take on leadership roles in less than 2 years. She also holds an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification. Ms. Ong has worked in banking, financial services and insurance industries, with hands-on experience in using various systems, namely UBS, BAAN, E-Green, Microsoft Dynamic, D-bit, SUN, OPUS, IOSS, Exact Synergy Enterprise, Exact Globe and TOSS.
